The groundwork for this workshop was laid in early 2019. Since then, we have held around 80 open sessions and outsourced training and workshops.<\/p>\n

The aim of the training is to give managers and key users an overview of not only what Microsoft 365\/Office 365 is made up of, but also the underlying interdependencies and how they can be leveraged in the planning and organisation of teams, collaboration and workflows.<\/p>\n

During the training, we will go through the capabilities of Microsoft 365 apps and clicks, so participants will take home a working demo system at the end of the day to test the possibilities further.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      During the two-day training we will demonstrate the use and capabilities of Power BI through three practical examples:<\/p>\n

      - In the introductory case, we create a visualisation by integrating external and internal data sources. We are working with plain data, but it perfectly illustrates what subtasks are at work and how they logically follow each other.<\/p>\n

      - Load, prepare, and process a file with an incorrect data structure using Power BI. You will learn what the data structure and content of files and systems used as data sources usually look like. Furthermore, if they are not the most practical from a BI perspective, what can be done with them, how they can be transformed and how this process can be automated.<\/p>\n

      - Complex example where the data source could be a database (Access) or Excel files. Through this, we will go through each workflow from data acquisition, data transformation, visualisation and the use of Power BI online sharing capabilities, discussing when and what to look out for to ensure an automatic reporting process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        #3 - Power Apps and Power Automate introductory training<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        PA-PA training - \"no code, low code\" in practice<\/em><\/p>\n

        This is a practical training with a little theoretical grounding. During the two-day course, participants will put together a solution to support a simpler business process. The prepared practical example will give insight into the technical steps of process digitisation and automation, in addition to design considerations. By the end of day 2, a working application, processes and automations working in the background will be completed and data will be collected by several SharePoint Online Lists.<\/p>\n
